Suggested Use 2 tablespoons of dry herb in 32 oz of pure water. Soak herbs in water for 4 to 8 hours. bring to slow boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain, allow tea to cool and drink. If stronger tea is desired, an additional 2 tablespoons of dry herbs can be added. All herbs in this product are either organic or wildcrafted for your quality assurance and satisfaction.
